DOMINI DE SANT PERE, wines from La Selva marítima.
The Domini de Sant Pere wine project was born from the union of three great experts: the oenologist Dani Jiménez (trained in renowned Catalan wineries such as L'Excepcional del Priorat, Scala Dei, Mas Doix or Vinyes d'Olivardots), Nico Cabañas, National Gastronomy Award and owner of the Sant Pere del Bosc Restaurant, and Alejandro González, a lover of great wines.
The main aim of the project is to reactivate the production of quality wine on the thousand-year-old estate of Sant Pere del Bosc, an enclave dating back to the year 896.
Until the beginning of the 20th century, the estate was surrounded by centuries-old vineyards that were once cultivated by Benedictine monks. Proof of this are the various vineyard huts that can be found on the estate and the historical documentation that speaks of Sant Pere.
All of this with the aim of producing a top quality wine in the south of the Costa Brava and even promoting the creation of a new wine-growing area managed under a registered trademark such as "Vins De La Selva Maritima". Our greatest wish is that in the future, new producers can join the project.

Come and discover the wine project of our 5 star hotel in Lloret de Mar. The planting of vineyards in Sant Pere del Bosc was completed during the spring of 2022, and while our vineyard is not productive we source grapes from friendly winegrowers who work the land just as we would. Some of them are David Pujol, winegrower in Empordà, Abadía Poblet, in Conca de Barberà and Pol Cubells, winegrower in Priorat.
We also have a project of "wines of tribute, collaboration and homage" called "The Selection of Great Catalan Vines". The result of this vision are unique wines made in collaboration with renowned wineries such as Scala Dei, Abadía de Poblet, Espectacle Vins de René Barbier or Mas Doix. These foreign projects are called "Bocois d'en Dani".
