CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 15.00h onwards. Check-out time is at 12.00h noon.
Late check-out/early check-in, subject to availability and extra charge.
AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING
From the thermostat, select the temperature to suit your taste.
For environmental reasons, we recommend you to keep it between 23° and 25° in summer and between 18° and 21° in winter.
MINIBAR
The products offered in the minibar are courtesy of the hotel.
If you need a refill during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.
WAKE-UP SERVICE
If you wish to be woken up at a specific time, please inform our staff at reception.
SAFE BOX
The hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of your belongings and other objects left in the rooms or public areas of the hotel.
You will find a private safe in the wardrobe of your room which can be activated by following the instructions on the door of your room.

Upon arrival you will be given a mobile device with which you can communicate with Reception by phone or whatsapp.
External calls

Hotel Sant Pere del Bosc & SPA offers an exclusive gastronomic proposal in Lloret de Mar.
At Restaurant Sant Pere you will find the best Mediterranean produce and seasonal gastronomic menus prepared with the most avant-garde techniques.
All our products are Km0, using local products from local producers. In this way we promote the products of our area. In addition, we adapt each meal to the customer's requests, being sensitive to the different allergies and tolerances.

We offer a complete buffet breakfast from 08.30h until 10.30h.
SPA AND TREATMENTS
Immerse yourself in our magnificent water area and try one of our massages and rituals. Your skin and muscles will thank you for every minute of the exclusive treatments at the Sant Pere del Bosc spa. This is the perfect place to rest and renew body and mind, with the aim of making you feel better in all aspects.

ROOM CLEANING
The room cleaning service is carried out every day until 15:00h. Please note that after this time the service is not guaranteed.
MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM
A spacious room with mountain views with the capacity to organise corporate events for up to 30 people. In addition, the room becomes a comfortable and convenient space where our guests can relax and contemplate the wonders of the natural environment.
CONSIGNA
Store your luggage without hassle while you enjoy visiting the Costa Brava.
PARKING
Free parking in front of the hotel or in designated spaces.
COURIER SERVICE
If you need a courier service, please ask for it at reception.
WIFI
Free wifi internet access is available in all areas and rooms of the hotel.
LAUNDRY
We offer a laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service for your clothes (additional cost). We also offer express service.
Available from Monday to Friday and on Saturdays until 12.00.
Inside the wardrobe, there are bags and a form with the prices, which you should fill in, put in the bag together with the clothes and inform reception.

When you have finished, you can leave the tray at the entrance to your room or on your bedside table. If you would like us to collect your tray immediately, please call reception.

LOST ITEMS
Please contact reception in case of loss of a personal item. Items are kept for 6 months, perishable items are not kept.

If you require any medical service, please call reception. As they are independent of the hotel, prices are set by the professionals.
PHARMACIES
Please contact Reception for a list of pharmacies and to confirm which one is on duty.
IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
You will find a detailed map of the emergency exits on the door of your room. Please refer to it for your safety.
In case of fire:
- If the door is hot:
DO NOT open it.
Turn off the air conditioning.
Place wet towels in door and vent slots.
Protect your nose and mouth with wet towels.
- If the door is not hot:
Take the key.
Open the door carefully.
Go to the nearest emergency exit.
If smoke is present, stay close to the floor.
DO NOT use the lift.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Hotel reserves the right of admission in the event of inappropriate behavior by any guest.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the rest of the other clients, especially between 10:00 PM and 07:00 AM.
Guests who break, damage, smoke, or mistreat the rooms or common areas of the hotel will be subject to an additional charge. If the room needs to be blocked for repair, they will also have to pay for an extra night.
